4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement.

5. Term and Termination

Service agreements may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miller Cyber Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services using commercially reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Services are provided "as is" except as specified in service level agreements.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our managed services, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Specific uptime guarantees are detailed in individual service agreements.

  • Critical (P1): 1-hour response, 24/7 availability
  • High (P2): 4-hour response during business hours
  • Medium (P3): 8-hour response during business hours
  • Low (P4): 24-hour response during business hours

Exclusions

SLA guarantees do not apply to issues caused by factors outside our control, including client actions, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance performed with proper notice.
